Give SunTrust clients a continuous navigation experience as they move across platforms.

Facilitated a Design Thinking Workshop to identify all desired touch points in the current SunTrust Private Wealth Management segmented experience. Conducted a card sorting exercise with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Dev Architects, UI Dev and the User Experience team (UX/UI) to identify navigational options that would appear in the new syndicated navigation.
