Oneka R. Williams is an Experience Design leader and coach with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations in creating impactful digital platforms and human-centered experiences. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC, iPEC) whose leadership approach integrates coaching principles to strengthen clarity, decision-making, and team performance.
Currently serving as an SVP Experience Design Director at Truist Financial Corporation, Oneka leads design initiatives supporting the Truist OneView commercial banking platform—guiding teams responsible for delivering scalable web and mobile experiences for commercial clients in complex, highly regulated environments.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leaders, product teams, and engineering organizations to modernize enterprise platforms, strengthen design operations, and build high-performing, purpose-driven teams. She is known for bringing clarity to ambiguity, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and leading with a grounded, people-centered approach.
